Open the filter cover on the side of your ResMed device. Remove the old, dirty filter and discard it. Insert the new white filter, ensuring it sits flat in the compartment. Close the filter cover securely. Inspect the filter every two weeks and replace it at least once a month, or more frequently if you live in a dusty environment or have pets.

CPAP Masks are covered for 6 months against manufacturing defects, which do not include wear and tear, misuse, poor cleaning & accidental damage.

• 30-Day Returns
You can return any unopened and unused product within 30 days of delivery. Due to health and hygiene standards, opened masks and mask parts cannot be returned under this standard policy.

• 30-Night Mask Fit Guarantee (optional service)
Allows you to exchange an opened mask up to two times for a different size or model if it does not fit. Available for purchase once per customer every 12 months.
