Unlike many other EU retailers, where opened masks cannot be returned, this CPAPeuropa service gives you extra peace of mind by allowing you to exchange your mask if it doesn’t fit properly.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your mask, our Mask Fit Guarantee allows you to request a replacement with no hassle. Our team is also here to help you select a different mask or size that would provide the best comfort for your CPAP therapy.
You can choose any mask, regardless or its value - if it is more expensive you will simply get a payment link to cover the price difference.

• 2-Year Product Warranty
Every product you purchase comes with a mandatory 2-year legal warranty, standard for the EU. This covers any manufacturing defects or faults that appear during this period.
CPAP Masks are covered for 6 months against manufacturing defects, which do not include wear and tear, misuse, poor cleaning & accidental damage.
• 30-Day Returns
You can return any unopened and unused product within 30 days of delivery. Due to health and hygiene standards, opened masks and mask parts cannot be returned under this standard policy.
• 30-Night Mask Fit Guarantee (optional service)
Allows you to exchange an opened mask up to two times for a different size or model if it does not fit. Available for purchase once per customer every 12 months.
