How long does servicing take?
A repair might take from a few hours to a few days, dependng on the work load and specificities of the problem & required parts.
We strive to have each device go through an initial diagnosstical assesment no later than 24 hous after we've received it.
We'll provide you with an initial estimated timeframe when you book diagnostics and an update as soon as it undergoes initial diagnostics.

Can I send my device by courier
Many common CPAP/Oxygen Machine problems can be resolved so please contact us directly or wait for us to process your service request before sending anything.
We work with DHL (for express) and a selected few Postal Service partners to ensure timely and safe shipping of any device that is going in/out of our service center.
