This Inlet Filter is compatible exclusively with the Philips Respironics EverFlo and EverFlo Q stationary oxygen concentrators. It is located behind the small door panel on the back of the machine.

This is a standard replacement part with a universal fit for all EverFlo 5-Liter models. No sizing selection is required.

Allows you to exchange an opened mask up to two times for a different size or model if it does not fit. Available for purchase once per customer every 12 months.
