Setup & Use 📘

Locate the filter compartment on the exterior of your Kröber device. Remove the dirty filter and insert a clean, dry one. Wash the dirty filter in warm water with a mild detergent, rinse thoroughly, and allow it to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reusing. Never operate the concentrator with a wet filter or without a filter installed.

• 2-Year Product Warranty
Every product you purchase comes with a mandatory 2-year legal warranty, standard for the EU. This covers any manufacturing defects or faults that appear during this period.
CPAP Masks are covered for 6 months against manufacturing defects, which do not include wear and tear, misuse, poor cleaning & accidental damage.

• 30-Day Returns
You can return any unopened and unused product within 30 days of delivery. Due to health and hygiene standards, opened masks and mask parts cannot be returned under this standard policy.

• 30-Night Mask Fit Guarantee (optional service)
Allows you to exchange an opened mask up to two times for a different size or model if it does not fit. Available for purchase once per customer every 12 months.
