• The AirSense 11 Extended Warranty may be purchased and applied only to ResMed AirSense 11 machines bought directly from CPAPeuropa.com within the last 30 calendar days.
• This extended warranty can only be bought once per individual machine and is strictly non-refundable.
• Customers must choose either the +1 Year or the +2 Year warranty option. Purchasing multiple warranty packages for a single machine—such as buying two +1 Year warranties to achieve a 2-year coverage period at a lower price point—is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized duplicate warranty purchases for the same device will be cancelled and refunded.
• If a customer has purchased more than one AirSense 11 machine within the 30-day period, the CPAPeuropa team will contact the customer after checkout to clarify and confirm which specific machine (by serial number) the extended warranty will be applied to.
• This warranty specifically covers internal manufacturing defects or faults that appear during the extended coverage period. It does not cover accidental damage, drops, liquid ingress (water damage from improper handling), normal wear and tear of consumable parts (like filters, tubes, or water chambers), or damage caused by unauthorized repairs or misuse.
• This warranty is linked exclusively to the original purchaser and the registered device serial number; it is non-transferable to other customers or different machines.
• The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to sending the device to our service center for warranty inspection and repair. Upon request, we can arrange the shipping or provide labels, with all applicable shipping fees payable by the customer in advance.
