Every product you purchase comes with a mandatory 2-year legal warranty, standard for the EU. This covers any manufacturing defects or faults that appear during this period.
CPAP Masks are covered for 6 months against manufacturing defects, which do not include wear and tear, misuse, poor cleaning & accidental damage.

• 30-Day Returns
You can return any unopened and unused product within 30 days of delivery. Due to health and hygiene standards, opened masks and mask parts cannot be returned under this standard policy.

• 30-Night Mask Fit Guarantee (optional service)
Allows you to exchange an opened mask up to two times for a different size or model if it does not fit. Available for purchase once per customer every 12 months.

Spontaneous (S) Mode

The AirCurve 10 S provides a fixed level of pressure support to keep your airways open. Your doctor sets a specific pressure for inhalation (IPAP) and a lower pressure for exhalation (EPAP). This significant drop in pressure while breathing out makes the therapy much more tolerable for patients who struggle against the continuous force of a standard CPAP machine.

Vsync Leak Management

A secure seal is critical for BiLevel therapy, but mask movement happens. ResMed’s Vsync technology monitors leak flow breath-by-breath and automatically compensates for it. This ensures that the device triggers (starts a breath) and cycles (ends a breath) in perfect harmony with your respiratory effort, even if your mask shifts during the night.

AirView™ Connectivity

The device comes with built-in wireless connectivity to ResMed’s AirView cloud system. This allows your doctor or homecare provider to troubleshoot issues, review your compliance data, and change your pressure settings remotely. The AirCurve 10 S features a built-in HumidAir water tub to provide consistent moisture and prevent dry throat. When paired with the optional ClimateLineAir™ heated tubing, the system's Climate Control feature automatically adjusts temperature and humidity based on the room environment to prevent rainout.

Easy-Breathe Motor

The device utilizes the Easy-Breathe pressure waveform, which mimics the wave shape of normal breathing. What is the difference between AirCurve 10 S and VAuto?

AirCurve 10 S (Spontaneous): Delivers fixed pressures. It does not auto-adjust. It provides one steady pressure for inhaling and one steady pressure for exhaling, set by your doctor.
AirCurve 10 VAuto: Is an auto-adjusting BiLevel. It adjusts the baseline pressure throughout the night to treat events while maintaining a fixed pressure support.

The "S" model is best for patients who need a specific, stable pressure all night.

Does it come with a heated hose?

The device typically ships with standard tubing, but upgrading to the ClimateLineAir™ Heated Tube is highly recommended for BiLevel users.

The higher airflow of BiLevel therapy can dry out nasal passages quickly. The heated hose allows the machine's Climate Control to deliver maximum humidity without causing water condensation (rainout) in the tube.
