Every product you purchase comes with a mandatory 2-year legal warranty, standard for the EU. This covers any manufacturing defects or faults that appear during this period.
CPAP Masks are covered for 6 months against manufacturing defects, which do not include wear and tear, misuse, poor cleaning & accidental damage.

You can return any unopened and unused product within 30 days of delivery. Due to health and hygiene standards, opened masks and mask parts cannot be returned under this standard policy.

• 30-Night Mask Fit Guarantee (optional service)

AirView™ remote management

Staying connected to your care team is critical for respiratory patients. The Lumis 150 features built-in wireless connectivity to ResMed’s AirView system. This allows your doctor or homecare provider to monitor your respiratory rate, minute ventilation, and SpO2 remotely. They can also adjust clinical settings (like IPAP, EPAP, or Backup Rate) over the air, reducing the need for stressful hospital visits.

intelligent Backup Rate (iBR)

Traditional backup rates force a machine-driven rhythm that can be uncomfortable. The Lumis uses an intelligent Backup Rate (iBR) which stays in the background while you breathe spontaneously. If your breathing effort pauses, the iBR gently intervenes to deliver breaths at your target rate, and then seamlessly withdraws once you begin triggering breaths again, ensuring maximum comfort and synchrony.

What is iVAPS?

iVAPS stands for intelligent Volume-Assured Pressure Support.
In simple terms, standard BiPAP machines deliver a fixed pressure. iVAPS machines deliver a target volume of air. If your lungs become stiff or your effort decreases during the night, iVAPS automatically increases the pressure to ensure you still get the required amount of air into your lungs. It protects you from hypoventilation.

Does it use special masks?

The Lumis 150 uses the standard 22mm hose connection, so it is compatible with standard CPAP/BiLevel masks.

However: Because ventilators often use higher pressures and backup rates, a Full Face Mask (covering nose and mouth) is highly recommended to ensure the air actually reaches the lungs and isn't lost through mouth leaks. Masks like the ResMed AirFit F20 are ideal for this device.

What is the difference between Lumis 150 and AirCurve 10?

While they look similar, the Lumis 150 is a Non-Invasive Ventilator, whereas the AirCurve 10 is a BiLevel/BiPAP machine.

Lumis 150 is designed for respiratory insufficiency (COPD, Neuromuscular disease). It features iVAPS (Volume Assurance) and a specific ventilator algorithm to guarantee air exchange.
AirCurve 10 is primarily for Sleep Apnea (OSA/CSA).
The Lumis is a more advanced medical device capable of supporting patients who cannot breathe adequately on their own.
