Integrated HumidAir™ Humidifier

The built-in HumidAir system delivers consistent moisture to prevent dryness and congestion. When paired with the optional ClimateLineAir heated tubing, the Climate Control feature automatically adjusts temperature and humidity for the ultimate comfort experience.

AutoRamp™ with sleep onset detection

The AutoRamp feature starts air pressure at a lower, more comfortable level to help you fall asleep with ease. Once the device detects sleep onset, it gradually increases to your prescribed pressure to ensure full therapeutic support.

Expiratory Pressure Relief (EPR™)

EPR maintains the optimal treatment pressure during inhalation but reduces it slightly during exhalation. This makes breathing out feel much more natural and less forced, allowing for a more comfortable experience that helps you stay asleep longer.

It offers three modes:

AutoSet: The standard algorithm used in the black AirSense 10 models.
CPAP: A fixed-pressure mode.
Your comfort is further enhanced by AutoRamp, which keeps pressure low until you fall asleep, and EPR, which lowers pressure when you exhale.

Should I upgrade to a heated hose?

Upgrading to a heated hose is highly recommended to maximize comfort and prevent condensation.
If you experience water collecting in your tube (rainout) or wake up with a dry throat, the ClimateLineAir™ Heated Tube is the solution. It unlocks the device's Climate Control feature, which automatically detects room temperature and adjusts humidity levels to keep the air warm and moist without condensation.

You may want one if you:
