• 2 Jahre Produktgarantie
Für alle Produkte gilt die gesetzliche Gewährleistung von 2 Jahren, wie sie in der EU vorgeschrieben ist. Sie deckt Herstellungs- und Materialfehler ab, die innerhalb dieses Zeitraums auftreten. Für CPAP-Masken gilt eine Garantie von 6 Monaten auf Herstellungsfehler. Ausgenommen sind normaler Verschleiß, unsachgemäße Verwendung, fehlerhafte Reinigung sowie versehentliche Beschädigungen.
Für ausgewählte Produkte ist eine Garantieverlängerung auf bis zu 4 Jahre erhältlich.
• 30 Tage Rückgaberecht
Sie können ungeöffnete und unbenutzte Produkte innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Erhalt zurückgeben. Aus Gründen des Gesundheits- und Hygieneschutzes sind geöffnete Masken und Maskenteile von der Rückgabe ausgeschlossen.
•30-Nächte-Passformgarantie (optionaler Service)
Mit der 30-Nächte-Passformgarantie können Sie eine geöffnete Maske bis zu zweimal gegen eine andere Größe oder ein anderes Modell umtauschen, wenn sie nicht optimal passt. Dieser Service kann einmal innerhalb von 12 Monaten pro Kunde in Anspruch genommen werden.

2-Year Warranty
Every product you purchase comes with a mandatory 2-year legal warranty, standard for the EU. This covers any manufacturing defects or faults that appear during this period. CPAP Masks are covered for 6 months against manufacturing defects, which do not include wear and tear, misuse, poor cleaning & accidental damage.
Extended Warranty (for up to a 4-year total) is available for selected products!
30-Day Returns
You can return any unopened and unused product within 30 days of delivery. Due to health and hygiene standards, opened masks and mask parts cannot be returned under this standard policy.
30-Night Mask Fit Guarantee (optional service)
Allows you to exchange an opened mask up to two times for a different size or model if it does not fit. Available for purchase once per customer every 12 months.
