• 2 Jahre Produktgarantie
Für alle Produkte gilt die gesetzliche Gewährleistung von 2 Jahren, wie sie in der EU vorgeschrieben ist. Sie deckt Herstellungs- und Materialfehler ab, die innerhalb dieses Zeitraums auftreten. Für CPAP-Masken gilt eine Garantie von 6 Monaten auf Herstellungsfehler. Ausgenommen sind normaler Verschleiß, unsachgemäße Verwendung, fehlerhafte Reinigung sowie versehentliche Beschädigungen.
Für ausgewählte Produkte ist eine Garantieverlängerung auf bis zu 4 Jahre erhältlich.

Sie können ungeöffnete und unbenutzte Produkte innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Erhalt zurückgeben. Aus Gründen des Gesundheits- und Hygieneschutzes sind geöffnete Masken und Maskenteile von der Rückgabe ausgeschlossen.

Mit der 30-Nächte-Passformgarantie können Sie eine geöffnete Maske bis zu zweimal gegen eine andere Größe oder ein anderes Modell umtauschen, wenn sie nicht optimal passt. Dieser Service kann einmal innerhalb von 12 Monaten pro Kunde in Anspruch genommen werden.

Safety-First Emergency Release Latch

Safety is the most critical factor in pediatric therapy. The Pixi includes a specialized quick-release latch on the headgear. This allows parents or caregivers to remove the mask instantly with one hand if necessary. The latch is designed to be easy for an adult to operate while remaining secure enough that the child won't accidentally remove the mask during sleep.

Pressure-Minimizing Silicone Cushion

Children have much more sensitive skin and softer facial bones than adults. The Pixi features an ultra-thin silicone cushion that is exceptionally soft to the touch. This design distributes therapy pressure evenly across the nose, significantly reducing the risk of red marks on the nasal bridge or irritation on the upper lip, making the mask comfortable for long-term use.

SpringFlex Lightweight Tubing

To prevent the mask from being pulled out of place, the Pixi comes with an integrated SpringFlex tube. This tubing is extremely light and flexible, acting as a shock absorber. It stretches and bends as the child tosses and turns in bed, preventing "tube drag" and ensuring that the mask seal remains intact regardless of the child's sleeping position.
