Select your prescribed pressure by turning the adjustment knob at the base. Put on the included nose clip to ensure all airflow moves through your mouth. Place the mouthpiece between your teeth and seal your lips firmly. Inhale (IMT) or exhale (PEP) deeply against the resistance. Perform sets as instructed by your doctor (typically 10-15 minutes daily). Wash with warm soapy water after use and air dry completely.
