Does the SleepCube automatically adjust pressure?

Yes, this is an Auto Bilevel device.

Unlike standard BiLevel machines that use fixed settings for inhalation (IPAP) and exhalation (EPAP), the SleepCube Auto automatically adjusts these pressures within a prescribed range (3 to 25 cmH2O).
It increases pressure only when it detects an obstructive event (like snoring or apnea) and lowers it when you are breathing normally. This ensures you receive the maximum comfort possible while still maintaining an open airway.

Should I use the integrated humidifier?

Using the integrated heated humidifier is highly recommended, especially for BiLevel users who require higher airflows that can dry out the nasal passages.

The SleepCube’s humidifier is unique because it docks directly onto the bottom of the unit, meaning it doesn't take up extra space on your bedside table.

You should use it if you:

Experience dry mouth, throat, or nose bleeds
Live in a dry or cold climate
Use high pressure settings (common with BiLevel)

You might not need it if you:

Live in a very humid environment
Prefer a minimalist travel setup (the unit can run without the dock)
