To power the machine: Plug the large end of the DC cable into the Pilot-24 Lite and the small end into the AirSense 11. To charge the battery: Connect the specialized adapter to your AirSense 11 AC power supply, then plug it into the "Charge" port of the battery. Always ensure all connections are firm to maintain therapy continuity.

Every product you purchase comes with a mandatory 2-year legal warranty, standard for the EU. This covers any manufacturing defects or faults that appear during this period.
CPAP Masks are covered for 6 months against manufacturing defects, which do not include wear and tear, misuse, poor cleaning & accidental damage.

• 30-Day Returns
You can return any unopened and unused product within 30 days of delivery. Due to health and hygiene standards, opened masks and mask parts cannot be returned under this standard policy.

• 30-Night Mask Fit Guarantee (optional service)
Allows you to exchange an opened mask up to two times for a different size or model if it does not fit. Available for purchase once per customer every 12 months.
