Compatibility

The ResMed Quattro FX headgear is compatible exclusively with the Quattro FX and Quattro FX For Her full-face mask frames. It will not fit AirFit or older Mirage Quattro models. It works with all standard CPAP, APAP, and BiLevel machines.

Size & Fit

Available in Small, Medium, and Large. We recommend matching your headgear size to your current mask frame size for the best performance. Use the sizing guide to ensure the rear straps sit correctly at the base of your head for maximum stability.

• 2-Year Product Warranty
Every product you purchase comes with a mandatory 2-year legal warranty, standard for the EU. This covers any manufacturing defects or faults that appear during this period.
CPAP Masks are covered for 6 months against manufacturing defects, which do not include wear and tear, misuse, poor cleaning & accidental damage.

• 30-Day Returns
You can return any unopened and unused product within 30 days of delivery. Due to health and hygiene standards, opened masks and mask parts cannot be returned under this standard policy.

• 30-Night Mask Fit Guarantee (optional service)
Allows you to exchange an opened mask up to two times for a different size or model if it does not fit. Available for purchase once per customer every 12 months.

SoftEdge™ Fabric Technology

The Quattro FX headgear features ResMed’s signature SoftEdge technology. Every strap is finished with rounded, rolled edges instead of traditional heat-sealed or sharp-cut finishes. This design allows the headgear to rest gently on the cheeks and neck, significantly reducing the risk of skin irritation and preventing the unsightly red marks often seen on the face in the morning.

Ergonomic Crown Support

The rear of the headgear is shaped to cradle the base of your skull and the crown of your head. This contoured architecture provides a non-slip anchor point that keeps the mask properly positioned even as you move in your sleep. By distributing the weight of the mask and tubing evenly, it prevents the mask from dragging down on the bridge of your nose.

Simplified Four-Point Adjustment

Achieving a perfect seal is easy with the four Velcro adjustment points. This allows you to fine-tune the tension at both the top and bottom of the mask frame independently. Once you find your ideal fit, you can use the Quattro FX clips (sold separately) to snap the mask on and off, preserving your custom settings so you never have to guess your fit again.
