Compatibility

These Soft Sleeves are compatible exclusively with the ResMed Quattro FX and Quattro FX For Her full-face mask frames. They are designed specifically to fit the dimensions and curves of this frame series.

Slide each sleeve over the plastic side arms of your Quattro FX mask frame. Position them so they cover the areas that make contact with your cheeks. Ensure they are smoothed out and do not interfere with the headgear connection. Hand wash weekly with mild detergent and allow to air dry completely before reattaching.

Every product you purchase comes with a mandatory 2-year legal warranty, standard for the EU. This covers any manufacturing defects or faults that appear during this period.
CPAP Masks are covered for 6 months against manufacturing defects, which do not include wear and tear, misuse, poor cleaning & accidental damage.

• 30-Day Returns
You can return any unopened and unused product within 30 days of delivery. Due to health and hygiene standards, opened masks and mask parts cannot be returned under this standard policy.

• 30-Night Mask Fit Guarantee (optional service)
Allows you to exchange an opened mask up to two times for a different size or model if it does not fit. Available for purchase once per customer every 12 months.
