Setup & Use 📘

To power your CPAP: Connect the DC output cable to the "DC Out" port on the Pilot Flex and the other end to the power port on the back of your AirSense 10. To charge the battery: Connect the charging adapter to the "Charge" port on the Pilot Flex, then plug your ResMed AirSense 10 AC power supply into the adapter. For maximum battery life, turn off your humidifier and heated tubing in the machine's menu when running on battery power.

• 2-Year Product Warranty
Every product you purchase comes with a mandatory 2-year legal warranty, standard for the EU. This covers any manufacturing defects or faults that appear during this period.
CPAP Masks are covered for 6 months against manufacturing defects, which do not include wear and tear, misuse, poor cleaning & accidental damage.

• 30-Day Returns
You can return any unopened and unused product within 30 days of delivery. Due to health and hygiene standards, opened masks and mask parts cannot be returned under this standard policy.

• 30-Night Mask Fit Guarantee (optional service)
Allows you to exchange an opened mask up to two times for a different size or model if it does not fit. Available for purchase once per customer every 12 months.
