Setup & Use 📘

Locate the air outlet port on top of your DreamStation humidifier. Align the 3-pin electrical connector on the end of the heated tube with the port and push down firmly until it clicks. Connect your mask to the other end. Use the machine's dial/screen to adjust the "Tube Temp" setting. Hand wash the tube weekly with warm, soapy water and ensure the electrical pins are completely dry before reconnecting.

Every product you purchase comes with a mandatory 2-year legal warranty, standard for the EU. This covers any manufacturing defects or faults that appear during this period.

You can return any unopened and unused product within 30 days of delivery. Due to health and hygiene standards, opened masks and mask parts cannot be returned under this standard policy.

• 30-Night Mask Fit Guarantee (optional service)
Allows you to exchange an opened mask up to two times for a different size or model if it does not fit. Available for purchase once per customer every 12 months.
