Setup & Use 📘

Attach the supply tubing to the mask inlet and the oxygen source. Place the mask over the patient's nose and mouth. Pull the elastic strap over the crown of the head. Gently press the metal nose clip to fit the bridge of the nose. Adjust the strap tension until secure but comfortable. Replace the mask every 30 days to maintain clinical hygiene.

Every product you purchase comes with a mandatory 2-year legal warranty, standard for the EU. This covers any manufacturing defects or faults that appear during this period.
CPAP Masks are covered for 6 months against manufacturing defects, which do not include wear and tear, misuse, poor cleaning & accidental damage.

• 30-Day Returns
You can return any unopened and unused product within 30 days of delivery. Due to health and hygiene standards, opened masks and mask parts cannot be returned under this standard policy.

• 30-Night Mask Fit Guarantee (optional service)
Allows you to exchange an opened mask up to two times for a different size or model if it does not fit. Available for purchase once per customer every 12 months.
