To change a strap, gently pull the current bar off the attachment lug on both the upper and lower trays. Select the next numbered pair of straps according to your titration goal. Click the new straps onto the lower tray first, then the upper tray, ensuring both sides use the same length bar. Test the fit in your mouth to ensure the jaw feels supported and comfortable.

You can return any unopened and unused product within 30 days of delivery. Due to health and hygiene standards, opened masks and mask parts cannot be returned under this standard policy.
