Open the filter cover on the side of your BMC M1 Mini machine. Remove the old, discolored filter and discard it. Place a new white filter into the slot, ensuring it covers the entire opening and sits flat. Close the cover securely. Inspect the filter every two weeks and replace it at least once a month, or more frequently if used in dusty or high-smoke environments.

Every product you purchase comes with a mandatory 2-year legal warranty, standard for the EU. This covers any manufacturing defects or faults that appear during this period.
CPAP Masks are covered for 6 months against manufacturing defects, which do not include wear and tear, misuse, poor cleaning & accidental damage.

• 30-Day Returns
You can return any unopened and unused product within 30 days of delivery. Due to health and hygiene standards, opened masks and mask parts cannot be returned under this standard policy.

• 30-Night Mask Fit Guarantee (optional service)
Allows you to exchange an opened mask up to two times for a different size or model if it does not fit. Available for purchase once per customer every 12 months.
