Every product you purchase comes with a mandatory 2-year legal warranty, standard for the EU. This covers any manufacturing defects or faults that appear during this period.
CPAP Masks are covered for 6 months against manufacturing defects, which do not include wear and tear, misuse, poor cleaning & accidental damage.

• 30-Day Returns
You can return any unopened and unused product within 30 days of delivery. Due to health and hygiene standards, opened masks and mask parts cannot be returned under this standard policy.

• 30-Night Mask Fit Guarantee (optional service)
Allows you to exchange an opened mask up to two times for a different size or model if it does not fit. Available for purchase once per customer every 12 months.

Waterless humidification unlocked

Standard N20 masks cannot use HumidX filters on bedside machines. However, with this Setup Pack, the specialized connector places the HumidX filter directly in the airflow path. This captures heat and moisture from your breath and recycles it, providing effective humidification without the need for a bulky water tank or distilled water. This feature is exclusive to the AirMini ecosystem and is a game-changer for frequent flyers.

ActiveAir™ technology

The AirMini requires a specific type of venting to operate quietly and efficienty. This Setup Pack includes a connector with ActiveAir™ technology, which regulates vent flow.
