• Garantía de producto de 2 años
Todos los productos que compres incluyen una garantía legal obligatoria de 2 años, como establece la normativa de la UE. Esta garantía cubre cualquier defecto de fabricación o fallo que aparezca durante este periodo. Las mascarillas CPAP cuentan con una garantía de 6 meses frente a defectos de fabricación. Esta garantía no cubre el desgaste por uso, un uso incorrecto, una limpieza inadecuada ni daños accidentales. ¡También ofrecemos una garantía ampliada (de hasta 4 años en total) para determinados productos!
• Devoluciones en 30 días
Puedes devolver cualquier producto sin abrir y sin usar en un plazo de 30 días desde la entrega. Debido a los requisitos de salud e higiene, las mascarillas abiertas y sus componentes no pueden devolverse dentro de esta política estándar.
• Garantía de ajuste de mascarilla de 30 noches (servicio opcional)
Te permite cambiar una mascarilla abierta hasta dos veces por otra talla o modelo diferente si no se adapta correctamente. Este servicio puede adquirirse una vez por cliente cada 12 meses.
