Place your Zen-O lite on a flat surface and slide the carry bag over the top of the unit. Ensure the screen and buttons align with the clear plastic window. Feed the oxygen cannula through the reinforced top port. Attach the shoulder strap to the side metal rings and adjust the length so the device sits comfortably at your hip. Regularly check that the mesh vents are clear of lint.

You can return any unopened and unused product within 30 days of delivery. Due to health and hygiene standards, opened masks and mask parts cannot be returned under this standard policy.
