Firmly push one oxygen tube onto the first barbed end until it reaches the base. Attach the second tube or nasal cannula to the opposite barbed end. Test the connection by pulling gently on both tubes. The center swivel should rotate freely between them. Replace the adapter every 3–6 months or if you notice the rotation becoming stiff due to dust or mineral buildup.
