Every product you purchase comes with a mandatory 2-year legal warranty, standard for the EU. This covers any manufacturing defects or faults that appear during this period.
CPAP Masks are covered for 6 months against manufacturing defects, which do not include wear and tear, misuse, poor cleaning & accidental damage.

You can return any unopened and unused product within 30 days of delivery. Due to health and hygiene standards, opened masks and mask parts cannot be returned under this standard policy.

PaceWave™ ASV Technology

For patients whose breathing rhythm is unstable, standard CPAP isn't enough. The AirCurve 11 ASV features the proven PaceWave algorithm, which tracks your minute ventilation breath-by-breath. It treats Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) with auto-adjusting EPAP, but crucially, it treats Central Sleep Apnea (CSA) by rapidly increasing pressure support to "breathe for you" during a central event, ensuring your respiration remains stable throughout the night.

Personal Therapy Assistant

As part of the Air11 family, this device connects to the myAir app to offer more than just data. The Personal Therapy Assistant provides interactive video tutorials for setup and a "Test Drive" feature to help you get used to the pressure. The Care Check-In feature asks you questions about your therapy experience and provides tailored coaching tips to resolve issues without needing to call your doctor.

Integrated Connectivity

Stay connected to your care team effortlessly. The AirCurve 11 ASV features built-in cellular and Bluetooth connectivity that automatically sends your therapy data to the AirView cloud. This allows your doctor to monitor critical metrics like AHI and central apnea index remotely, and even update your device's prescription settings over-the-air (OTA) without you leaving home.

ASVAuto Mode

In ASVAuto mode, the device adapts to your ventilatory and upper airway stability needs in real-time. It automatically adjusts Expiratory Positive Airway Pressure (EPAP) to keep the airway open while dynamically changing Pressure Support to stabilize your breathing rate.

Integrated HumidAir™ Humidifier

The device comes with a built-in HumidAir water tub to prevent dry throat and nasal congestion. When paired with the optional ClimateLineAir™ 11 heated tubing, the Climate Control feature automatically adjusts humidity and temperature to prevent rainout.

Pease note: the Humidifier is not included in the price. It can be purchased additionally.

Easy-Breathe Waveform

The pressure delivery mimics the wave shape of your natural breathing. By replicating your natural inhalation and exhalation curve, the device ensures that the mechanical support feels smooth and comfortable, rather than forced or jarring.

What is the difference between ASV and BiPAP?

Standard BiPAP (or AirCurve VAuto) treats Obstructive Sleep Apnea by providing two fixed or auto-adjusting pressure levels.

ASV (Adaptive Servo-Ventilation) is much more advanced. It is designed for Central Sleep Apnea, where the brain forgets to signal the body to breathe. The ASV machine effectively "learns" your breathing rhythm and actively intervenes to deliver a breath when you stop breathing, stabilizing your respiration.

Does it come with a heated hose?

The device typically ships with standard tubing, but upgrading to the ClimateLineAir™ 11 Heated Tube is highly recommended.

ASV patients often require higher pressure support, which can increase air flow and dryness. The heated hose allows the machine to use Auto Climate Control to maintain maximum humidity without condensation (rainout) in the tube.

Is the AirCurve 11 ASV compatible with all masks?

Yes, the AirCurve 11 ASV uses a standard 22mm connection and works with most CPAP masks.
However: Because ASV therapy can involve rapid changes in pressure to treat central apnea, a Full Face Mask is often recommended to prevent mouth leaks that could compromise the algorithm's accuracy. Masks like the ResMed AirFit F30i or F20 are excellent choices.
