Connect the universal funnel end to the oxygen outlet port of your portable concentrator. Place the curved prongs into your nostrils, pointing downward toward your throat. Drape the tubing over your ears and slide the adjustable bolus up toward your chin to secure the fit. Replace the cannula every 14–30 days, or immediately if the prongs become stiff or discolored.

You can return any unopened and unused product within 30 days of delivery. Due to health and hygiene standards, opened masks and mask parts cannot be returned under this standard policy.

• 30-Night Mask Fit Guarantee (optional service)
Allows you to exchange an opened mask up to two times for a different size or model if it does not fit. Available for purchase once per customer every 12 months.
