Slide your Inogen One G4 into the bag from the top or bottom opening. Ensure the screen aligns with the clear window. Connect your nasal cannula to the concentrator's nozzle through the top port. Attach the shoulder strap to the side metal rings and adjust the length to your comfort. Periodically check that the mesh vents are free of lint or dust.

Every product you purchase comes with a mandatory 2-year legal warranty, standard for the EU. This covers any manufacturing defects or faults that appear during this period.
CPAP Masks are covered for 6 months against manufacturing defects, which do not include wear and tear, misuse, poor cleaning & accidental damage.

• 30-Day Returns
You can return any unopened and unused product within 30 days of delivery. Due to health and hygiene standards, opened masks and mask parts cannot be returned under this standard policy.
