Compatibility

The Fisher & Paykel Vitera headgear is compatible exclusively with the Fisher & Paykel Vitera full-face mask frame. It uses specialized clips and connection points that are not interchangeable with the Simplus or masks from other manufacturers.

Size & Fit

Available in two sizes: Small and Medium/Large. We recommend matching your headgear size to your current mask frame size for the best stability. Use the adjustable Velcro tabs to fine-tune the tension once the mask is on your face.

• 2-Year Product Warranty
Every product you purchase comes with a mandatory 2-year legal warranty, standard for the EU. This covers any manufacturing defects or faults that appear during this period.
CPAP Masks are covered for 6 months against manufacturing defects, which do not include wear and tear, misuse, poor cleaning & accidental damage.

• 30-Day Returns
You can return any unopened and unused product within 30 days of delivery. Due to health and hygiene standards, opened masks and mask parts cannot be returned under this standard policy.

• 30-Night Mask Fit Guarantee (optional service)
Allows you to exchange an opened mask up to two times for a different size or model if it does not fit. Available for purchase once per customer every 12 months.
