Connect the AC power supply to the charger base and plug it into a wall outlet. Slide your Inogen One G3 battery (8-cell or 16-cell) onto the tracks of the charger until it clicks into place. The LED light will turn red/orange to indicate charging. Once the light turns green, press the release latch to remove the battery. You can now swap it into your G3 machine for cordless therapy.

Every product you purchase comes with a mandatory 2-year legal warranty, standard for the EU. This covers any manufacturing defects or faults that appear during this period.
CPAP Masks are covered for 6 months against manufacturing defects, which do not include wear and tear, misuse, poor cleaning & accidental damage.

• 30-Day Returns
You can return any unopened and unused product within 30 days of delivery. Due to health and hygiene standards, opened masks and mask parts cannot be returned under this standard policy.

• 30-Night Mask Fit Guarantee (optional service)
Allows you to exchange an opened mask up to two times for a different size or model if it does not fit. Available for purchase once per customer every 12 months.
