Secure the device to your wrist using the strap. Connect the finger probe and place it on your index or middle finger. Turn the device on and ensure a stable reading is displayed. To record, follow the menu prompts to start a "Storage" session. In the morning, connect the device to your PC via USB to upload data into the MedView software for analysis.
