Whisper quiet. The best nasal pillows I’ve had so far, hands down. My husband is also a CPAP user and I have been trying to convert him to nasal pillows for months now. He’s hooked to his n20 and doesn’t want to hear it. The For her version doesn’t fit him due to the sizing of the headgear and the nasal pillows so I cannot give mine to him haha.
