Isn't the WatchPAT ONE a single-use device?
Yes – it is designed for one sleep test by one person, and it can't be used for another test. That doesn't stop us from buying it back once your test is finished, so it doesn't end up in your household waste.
Does it matter where I bought my WatchPAT ONE?
No. We accept used WatchPAT ONE devices regardless of where they were bought.
Who pays for shipping?
After you submit the form, we'll email you the shipping instructions, including how the device is sent to us.
When do I get my discount code?
We send your personal AirSense 11 AutoSet discount code by email once your device has arrived.
What if my test didn't show sleep apnea?
You can still send us your device. And if you have symptoms such as loud snoring, breathing pauses or daytime tiredness despite a normal result, it's worth talking to a sleep specialist – or repeating the test with a device that measures airflow directly, such as our ApneaLink Air home sleep test.
What happens to my personal data?
We use the details you give us to handle your buyback. We only send you information about CPAP therapy and products if you tick the optional marketing box. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
